- Spot clean with a damp cloth when material is soiled to prolong the life of the material
- Warm hand wash or Machine Wash up to 30 degrees Celsius.
- Use a gentle wool-wash, harsh detergent may react with the metal.
- Place is a washbag to prevent hardware chipping.
- Air-dry completely before placing on your dog
- Do not tumble dry

Collar and lead look great and would be great as a normal collar but unfortunately the stitching had made it quite rigid making the martingale 'slip' not effective at all. Melissa reached out immediately for a discussion and later send me a remade collar, assuming these adjustments will be made to all collars for the 'slip' to work nicely I would 100% recommend this product.
Melissa also send me the 'Black martingale collar - padded', this collar is absolutely wonderful, I love the feel, the fit and the way it slides very effectively.
